Theo thought the flat was empty. He had seen Jack leave with his girlfriend, and he knew Libbi was elsewhere. He hadn't seen Ashley, and so he figured she was out. He set up his laptop and clicked onto iTunes, clicking on The Kings of Leon. He allowed it to play loudly as he moved into the ensuite in his bedroom. It wasn't long before his naked body was stood under the hot water. The music was distantly faded by the sound of the heavy pelting water, but it was still distinct so he was able to make out the words. He began singing loudly, he wasn't a bad singer, but he wasn't good either. He'd be the type of singer that maybe would sound good on a Karaoke machine after one too many beers.
As he stepped out of the shower into the cool air conditioned bathroom, he quickly wrapped a white towel around his waist concealing his body from the cold. He shook a few beads of water from his forehead and made his way into his bedroom, where he hit the stop button on his laptop. Instantly the flat was silent. He moved slowly through the front room, his cooling skin glinting with water droplets as he made his way to the fridge. He opened the door taking out a bottle of water before swigging it slowly. Suddenly he heard a noise from inside the flat. He paused slowly closing the fridge door, almost expecting to see Michael Myer's stood there holding their kitchen knife.
Behind the door there was nothing to be seen, and he frowned glancing around the room. Maybe he was just freaking himself out with all the Michael Myer's stuff. He had Lockdown sometime soon so he had to buck his ideas up. He wasn't sure who's turn it was to stay over, but he hoped if it was his he'd be paired with some hot girl so he could entertain himself.

Ashley struggled to keep her books in her arms. She seemed to have tons of them. How she got her keys out and into the door, was beyond her. It took some manoeuvring, that was for sure. But soon enough, she was in the dorm she shared with the others. It seemed to be empty. She put her books down on an end table and looked around.
Nothing seemed unusual, or out of place. Yet, there lingered a presence. Ashley took a few hesitant steps forward. She felt the urge to pick up a kitchen knife and go investigate just who was in the dorm. She shook her head, clearing the thoughts away.
Don't get paranoid. she thought to herself. She tucked a few blonde locks away from her face, and moved deeper into the apartment. Stopping to look towards Theo's bedroom. There was steam wafting out of the room. She figured someone had just taken a shower.
Moving into her bedroom, which was painted a light lavender color, Ashley kicked off her sneakers, and pulled off the black cardgian she wore over her yellow tee. Tossing it onto the canopy bed. She sat down among the dark purple silk sheets, and eased herself out of her jeans. She stood, moved over to her full length mirror and looked at her reflection. She had a long day, and she was looking a bit worn out.
She sighed to herself, moved over to the closet, and pulled the door open. She pulled out her white robe, and slid into it, tying it shut. She grabbed an elastic and pulled her hair back into a ponytail. She moved out of her room, and made her way to the kitchen.
With having ice cream on her mind, Ashley was startled to find Theo looking over in her direction, a frown creasing his face. Ashley frowned in return. And then her gaze ticked over his body quickly. He was wearing nothing but a towel. A slight smirk played on the girl's lips.
"You look like you're ready to jump out of your skin." she pointed out to him, skipping the hello's.

He heard footsteps and noise coming from Ashley's bedroom, and he figured she must have sneeked in while he'd been in the shower. You couldn't be too certain though. He still wasn't used to living with two girls. Sure he knew Libbi, and it wasn't too bad, but it meant she could try and track him down at home to help him study which was pain enough at school without it invading his private life. He hated studying, he wasn't an academic. His strengths and abilities lay in sports and anything that involved team work and athletic abilities. He had been told on several occassions that he needed to keep his grades high, particularly to try and get a scholarship. He was known for being a flirt and a class clown and also Hillcrest's star quarterback. He had seen Ashley around school, and knew her in passing but he didn't really class her as a close friend, not yet anyway. They got on well, but he didn't really know her, and he didn't think she knew him. It was sort of bad enough living with Jack, but with two girls the situation would be slightly more difficult.
As she walked around the corner in her robe he smiled at her, his face relaxing as he realised that his second assumption was right, and there was no serial killer in his flat. He noted her eyes flicking over his skin, and he smirked as he noted the smile on her lips. "Yeah well... I didn't think anyone was in." He shrugged leaning against the cool counter. "Where've you been?" He asked curiously wondering if she'd actually been in the flat the whole time, afterall she was dressed in her robe. His eyes flicked over her body and then around the flat. He'd never slept with a flat mate before and although he was tempted to set it as his own personal mission he felt it would probably make things somewhat awkward. "What you wearing under that robe?" He asked, almost wanting to bite his tongue off. He hadn't mean't to come out with it so bluntly, but that was Theo's problem he didn't think before speaking. There had been many times when his parents or his sister had told him off for saying something inappropriate without thinking. It was in his personality.
He heard his cell ringing in his bedroom and he ignored it, standing completely still, he looked at Ashley and shrugged his shoulders. "It's probably my sister. She likes to know I'm still alive." He informed her, reopening the fridge to have a look to see what he could eat. "I might make something to eat. Are you hungry?" He asked her, bending down slightly to look in the lower half. Facing the fridge he readjusted his towel making sure that he was all covered up, and his towel wasn't about to fall off of him.

Ashley was liking the idea of sharing a dorm with two guys. She wasn't blind, she knew they were hot. It was just the icing on the cake. She knew Jack had a girlfriend, but she wasn't too sure about Theo. No matter, she would find out soon enough.
Ashley frowned slightly at Theo's remark. "I'm wearing combat boots and a parka under here." she retaliated to his blunt question. Obviously she wasn't wearing much, but she was wearing more than he was, that was certain. She felt her cheeks redden as she eyed him again, before turning her attention to her surroundings. Having a guy living with you was something to get used to, that was for sure. So she didn't want to come off as too brash, so she had looked away as Theo moved over to the fridge.
"I just came from home. I realized I had no books in my locker, and I realized I had left them all at my parents' place. They were collecting dust over there. I'm gonna need them if I'm going to redo my english paper. Mr. Teegarden totally gave me a B-" she explained, digging her hands into the pockets of her robe. A slight frown creased her pretty face. She had worked hard on that paper, a B- was just unacceptable. She was looking for a grade no less than A-. She was sure the teacher was just being a hard-ass. She sighed softly to herself.
Hearing a phone chirping somewhere in the distance, Ashley looked over at Theo once more. He mentioned his sister and how she was always calling to see if he was alive. She chuckled slightly to herself. "The wonders of living in Haddonfield, right? With your very own serial killer!" she joked, a light chuckle escaping her lips. Her parents would call her every so often, but they were much more laid back and gave Ashley her space.
Ashley didn't talk about it much, but she was frightened with the thought of Michael Myers. He seemed to pop up every now and then, murder some people, and dissapear back into the darkness. There had been sightings of him often, and the thought alone gave Ashley the creeps.
"Do you need some help? I'm starving. I could help you cook up something." she said to Theo, a warm smile playing on her face.

Theo didn't mind the fact he was sharing a dorm with two girls. He disliked Jack alot and the fact that he was a prep didn't bode well for Ashley because Jack had sort of given him a preconception of the clique already, and if all preps were like Jack then he didn't even want to meet them. But he figured he needed to be open minded. He hadn't known Ashley long but so far she was breaking his preconceptions.
He rolled his eyes as she retalitated with sarcasm. "Oh yeah. I forgot that was a fashion statement these days." He remarked, his eyes obviously trying to undress her for a moment before he grinned playfully and took another drink. "Why you embarrassed?" He asked her, allowing her to know he'd seen her stare and watched her go red. "I don't mind you checking me out. I just did the same to you." He was blunt but playful at the same time and it usually lightened the atmosphere. He ran his hand over his shaven head and smirked. He liked girls he could have a laugh with.
He listened as she talked about books and school and he realised that she must be a study type, which sort of bode well for him since he really wasn't. "Oh. Is a B- bad?" He asked her curiously. He was aiming for C's. It was all he needed to stay on the team. He sometimes got B's but that was mainly in biology, and art. His only A was in sports study. He had never been an academic, and he figured if he was going to make it in the sporting world he didn't need to. And if that didn't work he had a back up plan.
He raised his eyebrows as she chuckled at him, he wasn't quite sure what was amusing about his sister calling him. "No actually." He stated an eyebrow cocked as he looked at her curiously. "My parents are dead and she forced me to move here a few years back so she could work. She likes to make sure I'm okay. I don't really believe in all of that haunted house shit." He explained lying slightly. If he didn't believe he wouldn't be in Lockdown, but that wasn't a conversation for Ashley. "But yeah, I can see why some parents might be a little edgy about it all." He shrugged with a smile.
Theo shrugged his shoulders and grinned, "Yeah sure, what you fancy? I can be a good cook sometimes." He stated flirtatiously leaning against the bench.

Ashley felt herself redden again. Not so much about that she had checked him out, but more for the fact that he checked her out too. She let out a chuckle and shook her head. "See anything you like?" she asked him, giving him a playful wink. If there was one thing Ashley was good at, it was flirting.
"A grilled cheese sandwich sounds good." she told Theo as he asked her what she felt like having. She never had a guy make food for her before, so she was going to let him do his thing. She sat down at the table, watching him putter around the kitchen. She thought it was cute. She let her eyes roam around the kitchen.
"B- is good, but A- is better. I strive to do the best I can. I worked really hard on that paper, I followed all of the teacher's guidelines, even took the time to double it with more information, and she still gave me a..mediocre grade." she explained. Sure, to some B- wasn't bad at all, but Ashley had made a deal with her parents concering her marks. "I know Hillcrest is a great school. Not everyone can go here. But my parents, they want to make sure I put 110% into all my schoolwork, because they are paying for my education. They want nothing but A's from me, or else they'll send me to..public school." she said, spitting out the word like it was a curse.
Ashley did NOT want to go to public school. She would really feel like an outside then. At least here, she had already found her niche, was very popular, and well liked. Even lusted for. She didn't want to have to start all over again, start a new life at a new school, so she had promised to keep her parents proud. "I get good grades, they keep me here and stay out of my hair." she explained to Theo. She had told him quite a bit about herself already. She snapped her mouth shut and waited for the sandwich to be done.
"So who are the other people who live here? It can't just be you and I. Although that could be interesting." she said, giving him another playful wink.

Theo raised his eyebrows as she reddened again, this girl was obviously not used to such blunt guys. "Well, I guess I'd know better if your dropped the robe. I mean, it's kind of blocking my view and tainting my perception." He suggested flirtatiously, he wouldn't mind it so much if she pranced about in her underwear it would make for interesting living circumstances, what with crazy Jack.
"Okay." He stated, not really convinced that was going to fill him up but he'd go with it anyway. He began pulling his ingredients together, and lit the grill in preparation. "You eat often?" He asked trying to figure out whether she'd be one of those annoying girls who picked a salad at every meal. He wasn't really a bad cook, he'd had to learn when his parents died, and so he didn't really mind cooking for people.
He listened as she explained her paper to him. "Oh. Well I guess I get mediocre grades." He grinned playfully as he cut the cheese up. He nodded as she explained her parents were paying for her education. "I got a scholarship here. I was awarded it years before I came here. This school has the best football team in Illinois. But I was kind of happy where I was in California. The plan was always for us to move out here, my mom had this thing for it here. But when they died, my sister decided we'd still go with it. So I came here on a football scholarship on the understanding that I make C grades. I do get some higher, but I also get tutored for math because I am crap at it." He explained honestly, "Academics is not my thing." He admitted, he didn't care if she thought he was an air head jock, because he knew he earned his place on the team because he stuck in and got the grades he needed.
"What's wrong with a public school?" He asked her curiously, he couldn't really see the problem. His old school was public, and he had way more fun there. He finished the sandwich and popped it on a plate before presenting her with it. "Hope that's okay." He nodded, setting down a bottle of cold water. He sighed as she asked who else would be living with them. "In a way it would be easier if it were just the two of us. There is Jack who appears to be having some sort of mental breakdown at the moment, and Libbi who is my math tutor." He explained, not really giving her too much information because she didn't ask.

Ashley smiled as he presented her with her plate. She thought it was quite nice of him to go ahead and make her something to eat. She hadn't eaten since lunchtime, a few hours ago. She inhaled the aroma of the sandwich before taking a bite out of it. "Compliments to the chef." she told Theo with a smile after swallowing and chewing. Talking with your mouth full was just rude.
"There's nothing wrong with public school. I'm just not used to it. I've always been in private school. Public school is like, another world for me." she explained with a nod. She hoped she hadn't insulted him. Come to think of it, she had never thought about going to public school because it was always her parents who wanted the best for her. So she was used to private school. She was sure private school could seem strange to someone who knew nothing but public school. She shrugged to herself, taking another bite of her sandwich, and washing it down with the bottle of water he had placed on the table.
"I like to eat. Sure, I eat healthy, but I'm not one of those I'll-have-a-single-crispy-lettuce-leaf-for-dinner type of girls." she explained, rolling her eyes. Those kinds of girls got on her nerves. She wasn't one who thought that being anorexic was in style. She had a big appetite, sure. For some reason, she never gained any pounds, she was always at a constant weight, and she was happy about that.
"Jack's had it tough, hasn't he?" she asked Theo, raising a perfectly plucked eyebrow in his direction. "I came across him swimming in the pond in the Memorial Park the other night." she explained. She did it on purpose to leave out the fact that she had joined Jack in that pond for a little dip. She still didn't know Theo, and didn't want him to get the wrong first impression on her.
"I don't know Libbi, first time meeting her was in detention earlier." she explained. Theo had been there too, but she wasn't too sure why.

Theo wasn't really sure if her grilled sandwich was even going to be nice, he'd never actually made it before. It was kind of all gestimation work. But he grinned as she complimented his work as she ate. "Thanks. I've never made one before, maybe it should be my second signiture dish. My first is steak with home made cajun potato wedges and salad." He explained to her. Not that he'd really had opportunity to cook for many people. He hadn't really had a girlfriend, not since Sienna, but that was about a year ago.
He listened as she defended her corner, he didn't really mind what she said about a public school. He guessed some were not so good, and some were quite good, it probably just depended on which one you went to. "Oh. Lucky you I guess. There not that much different. I guess the kids are a bit more... less motivated. If that makes sense." He suggested the probable difference in the schools. "To be honest, I'm not really fussed about school, so I'd probably fit into either. Actually I guess the only reason I fit into this school is because of my eclectic athletic ability." He mused shrugging his shoulders.
He nodded and smiled, "Good, cos I can't stand girls who don't eat. It's just annoying, no one should be that bothered about the way they look." He protested, feeling like a contradiction because it was probably the equivalent to him working out. Nevertheless he figured that might be different since he did play a lot of sport.
Theo frowned, "Well his brother's died three years ago. Well he was murdered, but Jack makes out like he was pleased it happened. His parents... are supposedly happy together; moms away backpacking and rumour has it they are loaded, he's dating the queen bee of all the preps, so I can't really see how he had it tough." he explained trying not to sound so pessimistic or skeptical about the supposed truth flying round about Jack. He nodded as she explained how she knew Jack, he wasn't really interested in it, because he wasn't Jack's biggest fan anyway. He nodded as she spoke of Libbi, "She's a nice girl." He stated as he began to wash up.

Ashley smiled softly to herself. Theo didn't seem to be like most guys. He made her a meal, hell, now he was even washing the dishes. For someone who came across as the typical jock, he was sure surprising her. It was nice to know she wasn't sharing the dorm with your complete stereotypical high school students. No, they seemed to be far more complex than that. Ashley looked down at what she was wearing, and grimaced to herself. She needed to change. She had the urge to get dressed and go and have some fun. She looked over at Theo, still wearing nothing but a towel. She had the temptation to pull the towel off. It would have been comical, and she would have gotten quite the view. But the darn towel stayed in place and a soft pout formed on Ashley's lips. "I'll be right back." she told Theo as she stood up from the table. "Thanks again for the meal." she told him, flashing him her trademark smile. Her pearly whites glimmered in the light. She made her way out of the kitchen, into her bedroom. She closed the door behind her as she made her way over to her closet that was overloaded with clothes. Pulling the closet door open, she gazed inside for something to wear. She wasn't too sure what she was in the mood to do, but she wondered if Theo would join her. A few minutes later, Ashley exited her bedroom. She was dressed, wearing a cute outfit www.lulus.com/products/Little+Lucy+Romper+in+Black/11749.htmlshe had found in her closet. Her long blonde locks cascaded freely down her back. Makeup was minimal, some light golden blusher, mascara and bright red lips that contrasted nicely with her outfit. She made her way back into the kitchen. "I feel like hitting the town. Maybe catching a movie or going to Myers Nightclub." she told Theo, highly aware that he was checking her out. Maybe that was the whole point of her outfit. She could have worn something a little less drab, but she had decided against it. "I don't suppose you'd like to come with?" she asked him, her light green eyes focused on him. She hoped he would agree and accompany her. She didn't really feel like going out alone. Some company would be nice, especially if it was the company of a good looking guy.

Theo frowned curiously as Ashley left the room, probably escaping just so she didn’t have to do the washing up. He smirked at the irony when she quoted the all too famous saying from every horror movie to be existed. I’ll be right back. He shrugged guessing it wasn’t likely to be dangerous saying it, seen as though they weren’t living in a horror movie. He peered round the corner watching to see what she was up to, disappointed as she closed her bedroom door he moved back to the kitchen taking a bite out of his sandwich. Girls seemed to take ages getting dressed and sometimes it could be annoying but since Theo wasn’t really having to wait for Ashley it didn’t really bother him.
She was out before he knew it, and in that time he’d managed successfully to finish his sandwich. He observed her outfit, not sure whether it could be fitting for pj’s or actually clothes. A lot of girls fashion was like that these days though. He couldn’t really guess, but her lips gave away the clue. She was obviously on her way out somewhere. ”Where you going?” He asked curiously, his eyes lingering slightly around her legs; she did have a decent set of pins on her.
He nodded as she explained where she was planning to go, and he cocked an eyebrow suggestively. ”You got a date?” He asked playfully, guessing she must be planning to meet some guy there. But she surprised him as she asked him if he wanted to go with her. He shrugged his shoulders, trying to remember if he was planning to do anything that night; nothing sprung to mind and so he nodded slowly. ”I’d go catch a movie, but don’t really fancy going to the night club. I was there last night.” He admitted, it was something that was becoming an all too regular occurrence. He would soon be on first name terms with everyone that went there and worked there.
His eyes graced his bare torso, and the various seven tattoos that adorned it. ”Guess I’ll have to get some clothes on. Sorry to disappoint you, but I don’t think many people would appreciate the towel look.” His smirk was sarcastic to match the tone of his voice. Theo knew he had a good body; he worked out enough to keep in good shape, and so he found it amusing taking the piss out of himself. ”Hang on. I’ll not be long.” He stated walking straight down the hallway to the his bed room; he opened the door and removed his towel. Giving her a glimpse, if she was looking, of his bare bum.
He closed the door and began hunting for clothes. He dressed sharply in jeans, a white polo and white canvas sneakers, spraying some aftershave and deodorant. He made his way into the bathroom and brushed his teeth quickly before reappearing in the front room ready to go. ”Ready when you are.” He offered, pulling his car keys out of his pocket. ”Am I drinking or driving? Your call.” He asked her.

Ashley smiled to herself, glad that Theo had agreed to go with her. Having company was always nice, and Ashley wasn't the type of girl who liked to be alone. Sure, she had her moments where she just wanted to be a lone wolf, but usually she loved having company.
Standing once more in the kitchen after getting dressed, Ashley felt Theo's eyes take in her appearance. It made her blush slightly, knowing he was checking her out. She did the same to him as he mentioned getting dressed. "Yeah I don't think you want to have the cops called on you for indecent exposure." she told him, a slight chuckle escaping from her lips.
He had a great body, she observed. Clearly he worked out. And the tattoos seemed to fit him perfectly. She found only certain people could rock tatts that actually accentuated them well. There was an added sexyness to it, she found. She couldn't really explain it. She looked down at her nails as Theo made his way to his room to get dressed. She peered over her shoulder, catching a glimpse of bare skin as he slid the towel off.
Ashley blushed again, this time more profusely. Either he had forgotten to close the door, or had done it on purpose. She shook her head, smiling to herself. She decided it wasn't polite to look, so she pretended to be fascinated by the small plant that was placed on the kitchen counter. It was there for decoration, and Ashley touched the soft green leaves, tracing them with her finger, until Theo came out, ready and dressed.
He looked even better dressed. His clothes fit him just nicely, clung to him just right, his muscles moving beneath his shirt every time he made a certain movement. Ashley tried hard not to drool over him. Tried hard not to just jump him right then and there. The temptation was strong, but she fought against it. His question snapped her back to attention.
Ashley liked driving around, she did it quite often. It wasn't very often where she got to be the passenger. "Your car is fine." she told Theo with her trademark grin.

Theo was a sociable guy, and he was not specifically a creature of habit. True, he had specific things he done every week, like attending practice and meeting with Lockdown, but his social life was pretty spontaneous. He wasn’t one to be on his own much, but sometimes he enjoyed his own company.
Theo found it overly amusing that Ashley kept blushing, and he laughed slightly. ”Yeah, I guess, but then again, I’m sure women wouldn’t get arrested if they walked around in underwear.” He smirked, before leaving the room.
He nodded as she asked him to take the car. He opened the front door and led the way to the car park, where his car stood waiting. He unlocked it and climbed in the drivers seat, opening the door for her. As he turned the key for the ignition and the Foo Fighters sounded loudly from his stereo. He laughed slightly and turned it down. It wasn’t exactly the type of music that jocks listened to. ”Sorry about that.” He smiled, as he pulled out of the driveway.
It wasn’t long before they arrived at the cinema. He climbed out of the car, opening the door for her. It was hard for him not to be a gentleman, it was the way he’d been brought up. ”Come on then Palmer. What movie were you planning on seeing?” He asked her playfully as he locked the car, making his way to the cinema.
They entered, and arrived at the kiosk. The girl behind the counter smiled at Theo before glaring at Ashley in jealousy. ”Hey.” He smiled back politely, he found it rather amusing, as he glanced over the board displaying the films. ”Its my treat I guess.” He offered as he noted a couple of guys checking Ashley out. ”This could be amusing.” He stated cocking an eyebrow.

Ashley couldn't help the smile that played on her face as she followed Theo down to the car park. She couldn't help to let out a slight "wow" of awe at his car. They seemed to have similar tastes in cars. Hers was parked a few spots down. She smiled at him as he held the car door open for her, and she slid into the soft leather seat. She scanned the inside of car, as Theo slid in next to her. "Nice car. Wanna trade?" she asked with a smirk. She was just joking of course. She loved her car. She was so used to it, she didn't see herself driving anything else for quite some time. She ticked her gaze to the sound system as Theo started up the car. Listening to the lyrics blast from the stereo before Theo turned the volume down. And I wonder When I sing along with you If everything could ever feel this real forever If anything could ever be this good again The only thing I'll ever ask of you Got to promise not to stop when I say when She sang"Good song." she pointed out, sitting back against the soft leather seat as they weaved their way through town before coming to a halt in front of the cinema. She stepped out onto the sidewalk, smiling at Theo's gentlemanly ways. Not all guys his age were like that. She made her way over to the kiosk, standing next to Theo as they contemplated what movie to go see. If looks could kill, the girl behind the counter would be blind. She was staring daggers at Ashley, who just smiled brightly in response, looking over at Theo and batting her eyelashes at him. Just to get on the girl's nerves. It seemed to work because the girl rolled her eyes and asked what movie they wanted to go see. Ashley looked up at the billboard that showcased what was playing there. "Hmm. How about we go see that new comedy movie?" she asked Theo. There was that, or a romance movie, she doubted Theo was down for seeing a chick flick. A comedy was always good, who didn't like to laugh? Ashley was going to laugh right then and there, because the girl at the other side of the kiosk kept glaring at her. Ashley looked away, biting down on her lip, trying to surpress the laughter that threatened to come bursting out.

He smiled as she awed at his car. ”Thanks. It was my dad’s car. He’d bought it, well not this one. But he had a similar one. Then when the moron crashed into them and killed them, their car was written off. So a year later we got a cheque from the insurance and six month ago I exchanged it for this baby.” He explained. Most teens couldn’t really afford a swank car, and he wasn’t really in a position to show off about it. ”My car has sentimental value. My dad would have loved this car. It’s funny, he wasn’t keen on letting me drive his old car, but I think he’d be happy with this one.” He smiled, musedly. He loved his car, and he wouldn’t trade it. As far as he was concerned it belonged to his father and he was simply driving it.
Theo shrugged as she pointed out it was a good song, ”Yeah it’s not bad.” He agreed as his eyes focused on the road. Theo was a good driver, he was careful and consistent and wouldn’t drive under the influence. He would never put anyone else’s family through the things he’d been through. No kid should have to help identify their parents mauled bodies, and no kid should have to listen to their parents will. True he’d been a teenager, but if it hadn’t been for his sister, and they hadn’t supported each other he’d have probably not been able to control his emotions.
Theo found it amusing that the two girls were eyeing each other. He didn’t get the point, because if he was with Ashley in a more than friends sort of way, all that would happen is, the couple would give the attendant an evil look and move on. It wouldn’t get the guy to leave his girl and jump over the counter planting his lips on the kiosk girl. ”Yeah. That sounds fine. I’m getting a drink too. And maybe even popcorn.” He grinned childishly as though he was breaking the rules and challenging the boundaries. He was typically an extrovert and was quite used to being loud, embarrassing and childish in public. Theo smiled at the girl behind the counter. ”Can I have two tickets for that comedy film, a bucket of popcorn and a lemonade please?” The girl nodded and went to retrieve the goodies. ”Thanks.” Theo stated handed her some money and winked at her. ”You know, you are an attractive girl, but there is no need to give my friend evil looks. She hasn’t done anything.” He stated bluntly as he picked up the tickets and his orders, ”Come on Ash.” He nodded his head as he led the way to the screen.
Once inside the screen he led the way up the stairs and up towards the back middle of the cinema. The screen was quite empty, which was good because Theo hated it when young kids and old people laughed and cried and talked loudly. It was just annoying.
