It sounds like a good idea, but im unsure what to vote right now. Do the characters have to die or can they just get injured?

That's entirely up for you to decide. We've only been up a day, I'm more than welcome for suggestions. Tell me what you think should happen, have a discussion and we'll see where it takes us.

I love the idea of killing off characters...not like all the time, well, unless the site was almost dead and you wanted to go off with a BANG! then that would be awesome.
But with the little murdering here or there, or even just wounded would stir up a lot of drama. That person who was attacked to go crazy and think they're Michael Myers and run off trying to kill people. It could also bring more people into the psychiatric section..your character gets admitted or something.
I don't want it to happen all the time though.

I think it's a neat idea killing off characters - it also means that people leaving the site can go out on a bang, rather than fade into obscurity. Would people create some characters just to kill them off though? I can understand people getting attached to a ertain character, and then wanting to keep them!

I have to admit I wouldn't be too chuffed if an admin came and slaughtered one of my characters.
Every month or so, lol, perhaps Michael's calander could have had a misprint so that every month is October.
I think if we do go for this we have to go about it carefully and selectly, if it's done too often it will get boring and repetitive. And secondly we need a motive, which I suppose could be John/Laurie, or perhaps even lil (but older) Jamie Lloyd.
A stint in the wardlings would be interesting for a character though.
Maybe there should be a copycat killer too, hmmm, idkkk! Anyway keep the ideas coming.

I love the idea. Maybe even campus slaughterings?

If you's can come up with an incharacter motive and event then I'll consider it, but it keep in mind that Michael really only makes a massacre at Halloween and there's always a blood line motive behind it. I'm not saying none of this can happen, I'm just saying I don't want to take after Zombie's ripped jeans stripper mom route to destruction!!

We have two people of the bloodline...a lot of killings could be they were just at the wrong place at the wrong time. Maybe, they get in the way of Michael's chance to kill John or Laurie.
I mean, isn't that what generally happened in the movies?
I support the killings...even if it is rare to happen, so that we can keep that fear in the characters...if nothing ever happens, then that fear or sense of danger (or something like that) would disappear. Also for the sense of plot.

Sorry for posting without being accepted yet, but I wanted to throw an idea out there before I forgot it!
Well, this might be a bit of work, but I was thinking that perhaps there could be specific canons that are destined to be killed? That way a motive could be thought up before hand, and then the people who pick them up know that the character is going to be killed so it wouldn't just be like picking names out of a hat. I mean, to keep things interesting the specifics of the death or when it's going to happen can be kept secret. The idea is still rough, but I wanted to throw it out there.
There could always be volunteers too, if someone is getting tired of a character or lost that muse, then we could figure something out to make the killing in character and realistic.
