Leon stood in front of the music Cd's and tapped his fingers on one of them as he listened to the latest rock band debut. His eyes wandered around the store as he looked for his boss, not wanting to get reamed out again for listening to music on the clock.
He flipped out his cell phone and texted his sister and other band members to see if they would want to meet later on tonight or tomorrow for a trial run for their upcoming gig on the weekend.
His eyes fell on random girls as they walked in, laughed or smiled to him and then he pulled the headphones off his head as the song ended. Just in time for the boss man to walk in.
Leon clenched his jaw and made a beeline for the counter as a few customers stood there and waited to check out. Most were kids, but the older adult ones nagged on to him about how they had to wait a couple of minutes for service.
Leon just flashed them all a smile through his gritted teeth, thanked them for their patronage and sent them on their merry way.
"Leon, think you could work this weekend, second shift?" Leon's eyes went over to the boss man.
"No, I got a gig this weekend." Leon went back to taking money from customer's hoping that would be the end of it. "Manager material is what I'm looking for Leon." His boss shook his head and walked way.
Leon grumbled about how this job sucked and how he wasn't wanting to be manager of a shit hole like this place as he continued to ring up customers.

Elsa was shopping, only today she was alone. It was for her to think, to think and to find bargains that would make the thinking part easier. She had a big issue to solve, a big thing to do. To quit all of her sports teams, except maybe cheer leading to keep her fit plus Mitchell didn’t even coach that so it was okay. She couldn’t do another piece of training and watch him not notice her. It hurt too much and it wasn’t worth it. No man who caused so much pain could be the man of her dreams, no man at all. Today she was more composed than she’d previously been the other night after she’d met her roommates which she was glad about because shopping was supposed to be fun. Already Elsa had bought a bow head accessory – bows were one of her favourites, she went through a bow phase one time and although she was out of it she was still highly enthusiastic about them. She’d also bought a pair of cute black heels which would be perfect with her school uniform as she was really needing some new ones. A lot of girls at school just wore pumps, and sometimes Elsa did but a lot of the times she wore heels and she couldn’t resist a pair of shoes either way.
As she headed into a music shop, although not too unsure of what she was looking for, her eyes scanned around the store. She was actually looking for a dvd, a horror one but Elsa didn’t know that much about horror films she just wanted to get one that she could watch with her roommates, a sort of surprise fun night because really she owed a lot to them for not throwing her out for her tearful display the other night, and a horror film seemed the best way, along with some popcorn, sweeties and wine. As she spotted a shop assistant Elsa marched over to him, and tapped him on the shoulder from behind, a slight tease of a smile on her lips. ”Hey, so I was wondering if you could help me... I’m looking for a dvd, for a girls night in, only not a chick flick because... because for...” she shook her hand in the air as if to flick away the awkward conversation, ”Um anyway, a horror film only I’ve seen quite a few, and I’m useless at picking things that everyone would like so I’m hoping you can?” she finished in a pleading tone as she attempted the best ‘please’ smile she could muster.

Leon felt the tap on his shoulder and he turned around to see a...a damn hot girl asking for his help. He listened to her, while his eyes checked her out and then he smiled and nodded his head.
"Horror flicks, hey?" She didn't seem the type, he recognized the school uniform as he saw them in here all the type. Which probably meant she was young, too young for him.
"We have a bunch of them over on this back wall here." Leon nudged his head in the direction and started walking over to the wall that he had indicated to her.
"I don't think I've seen you in here before." Leon would have remembered this girl, she seemed lost to the world. Maybe he could help her out. He gave her a cheeky grin and stopped by the wall of horror movies.
"So you looking for vampires, ghosts, possessions or straight up slasher flicks?" He would be able to better help her out if he knew what sorta horror genre she was looking for especially.
"If you're looking for something for your boyfriend, slasher might be the best way to go." He shopped around to see if she had a boyfriend by using his sales technique and his own.

Elsa eyed the wall which quite obviously stood out to be a wall of horror, she opened her mouth into an ‘o’ shape with a small nod of her head as she blinked. ”Right, how did I miss that?!” she said with a small giggle as she looked up to him. Now he’d totally think she was only talking to him because she thought he was hot. She definitely had to leave the shop with a bag now otherwise it would look set up which it really wasn’t. She adjusted her skirt as she tried to lower it when his back was turned. This boy was not Mitchell, he was a sales assistant and only her gym coach was allowed to see beneath her short skirts which meant that her skirts were otherwise supposed to be pulled low. Once she had smoothened out her blouse she quickly ran by his side as if she’d been there all the time. ”Oh really?” she asked smiling, ”Maybe you just haven’t been looking.” She offered the sentiment before her face broke out into a beam at his grin. She didn’t know him and already she was laughing at him, this was bad, she was being rude. And he must really be bored being at work.
Elsa raised an eyebrow, so much to chose from and she thought it was only killing people and screaming that horror films were about. Apparently not. She turned to look at him as he mentioned boyfriend, did she look like she’d have one? Then again she was probably the only girl in the universe who didn’t. ”Slasher... boys... that makes sense,” she said upon biting her lip as she looked up at him. ”I guess I’m not looking for a slasher then, I don’t have a boyfriend. I’m probably the only single girl in the world, but what can you do?!” she said with a sigh, and then looked back to the dvds, frowning slightly. This was not information you shared with a guy in a shop so she quickly shook her head and looked to the ground before meeting his gaze. ”Just forget I said, what would scare me, a horror addict I think anyway, and a girl who looks like a goth?” Elsa asked him as she described each person whom she’d planned to share her evening with if they’d even let her. She’d probably end up watching it alone. ”What movie would you chose?”

Leon's grin turned into an amused smile as she told him he might not have been looking. Maybe, but he doubted it. His eyes looked her up and down as she spoke, taking in her appearance yet again. He enjoyed women, especially dark haired beauties and she was definitely one of those.
His eyebrow arched as she went on about what type of movie she didn't want because she didn't have a boyfriend. This made him smile deviously, he was going to ask her out after her helped her out.
He scoffed at her thinking she was the only girl in the world without a boyfriend.
"If it makes you feel better, I don't have a girlfriend." He shrugged playing it cool as his eyes looked her over again. Yeah, he was asking her out. Maybe she'd come see him play this weekend, that'd be nice.
He laughed as she explained her friends to him and his eyes went to the horror title's as he thought about the three of them together. "Well, I think slashers would be out. Bit too gory for girls, maybe not the horror addict one though." Leon placed a hand on his chin as he thought about what to give her and then he snapped his finger.
"Here." Leon pulled out a DVD that had a black cover with blood red letters. "Movie about all the urban legends and kids from a prep school." Leon smiled cheekily as he looked at her clothing then at her eyes.
"Now for something fun..." Leon nudged his head over to another wall that said 'comedy' on it. Girls liked funny, but they liked romantic funny. He pulled out a title that he had seen a few times when young girls came to the counter.
"This is a good movie for dates. Or so I've been told." Leon had a devious plan and he wasn't going to let this one escape.
"So what time can I see you at?" Leon held the movie out, showing her the title. It seemed to indicate an unlikely coupling with a humorous ending.

Elsa shrugged over at him, ”I don’t feel bad about being single,” she admitted quietly, and she didn’t not really. She had dreams but these were only dreams and if they weren’t to come true then she was alright with waiting for a version of them to come true at the least. ”I’m not desperate or anything, I’m single by choice,” she confirmed with a nod of her head. She was single by Mitchell’s choice but other than that she wasn’t dating anyone else because that was her choice.
Elsa raised an eyebrow up at him as he stated slashers were too gory for girls, she felt her hand resting upon her hip. ”Oh yeah? I bet I could watch way more slashers than you without screaming,” She challenged him as a smirk curled around her lips. She watched as he pulled out the dvd, accepting it from him. It would work for the night. ”Oooh, are you trying to imply I’m preppy?” Elsa sneered playfully as she turned over the cover of the dvd. There was some cute boys in it, she smiled up at him appreciatively. ”Thanks, this looks good.” Elsa watched as he seemed to have other plans in mind than her heading towards the check out. Comedy. Right. She watched him with a suspicious amusement on her face. ”Okay, I’ll keep that in mind next time I go on a date,” she said as she moved a step backwards, the horror encased in her hand. ”Thanks for helping me with this,” She indicated to it and was about to turn her back on him when he spoke up again. Was he asking her out? She couldn’t help but allow a giggle to escape her mouth before she glanced up at him. He was such a rock guy, he was like the opposite to Mitchell. ”Erm, I... I don’t know.” She quickly pulled out a slip of paper from her bag and scribbled down her name and number. ”Call me one time, and I guess I’ll know then.” she said as she handed him the piece of paper. It was the polite thing to do, at least it was the real number she’d given him. An upright no and laughing in his face was harsh.

Leon chuckled at her humor about being a preppy girl. Maybe she was, he didn't know, but he'd like to. He listened to her answer his question about watching the movie in his hand with her and he almost frowned. He was certain she was blowing him off and with a no too.
He didn't know if his pride was hurt or if he was just off on his dating techniques, but she had said no! Was there something wrong with him? Or was there something wrong with her? He didn't ask girls out all the time, or maybe she thought he did because of his lame ass day job.
"This job just pays the bills, my real passion lays in the hours after I get out of this shit hole." His pride was definitely wounded, she thought of him as some sleazy guy hitting on cute girls and she probably got that a lot.
"Thanks." He stuck her number (which was probably fake) into his back jeans pocket and nudged his head to the counter. "I happen to also be savvy with ringing up customers." Leon smiled wide and goofy as he took a step to the register. He still had his pick for the DVD they would watch together.
"I'm going to buy this for when you do accept a night with me." Leon gave her a cheeky grin and put it under his arm. He didn't like no and he'd keep at her until she said yes, or she pissed him off enough to not think twice about her.

It was like he was explaining himself to her and she was beginning to feel really quite bad about saying no. One date wouldn’t be so bad, would it and if she went out with him she could tell Mitchell and she could use it against him. Girls who weren’t available were always more attractive, it was a known fact, so maybe she could be temporarily unavailable by dating the not clean cut guy once or twice and then she could admit that it wasn’t working out, or make him wait forever for sex because no sex before marriage was a rule unless with Mitch and if he was like any normal guy he’d blow her off and never knew he’d gotten played and he’d never think anything of it. She bit on her bottom lip as he made attempts at playing it cool. ”Actually, I’ve changed my mind.” she stated quickly. ”What time do you finish work? You could like come over my place or something...” she couldn’t believe what she was doing but she had experience in being a tease and she was going to push it as far as she could to uphold this and then Mitchell would be hers.
She looked up at him, her eyes wide as she licked her lips suggestively, ”You know I live with my roommates on campus, but we could go to my room. I have an awesome tv that we could watch that movie on... with one condition however,” she went on teasingly as she leaned towards the counter. How could this have happened, it was crazy but it was worth having fun with and he wouldn’t get hurt. ”You tell me your name.”

Leon couldn't believe it! Persistence did pay off and she was digging him after all. He felt a wide smile pull at the corner of his lips and he looked at the time, then back to her.
"I get off in about two hours actually." He would have to text message his band mates and sister to let them know he made other plans. "I can give you a call before I leave here, give you a heads up." He didn't know if she would try to last minute clean up or be doing those things girls did to try to look really cute, really good or really trashy. He hoped she wouldn't go for the trashy look.
His posture went to a casual one when he saw her lick her lips and he smirked at her suggesting they could be alone in her room to watch the movie. He could dig it.
Leon's smirk turned into a cheeky one when she told him she needed to know his name. He hadn't told her it after all and he laughed lightly.
"Leon and if you wonder my age, I'm 19." He looked at the pretty dark haired beauty wondering what her name was now. "Though, I don't think I caught yours either, age or name." He crossed his arms at his chest and arched his brow as his eyes landed back on her own pair.

It was kind of sweet how happy he seemed to get when she agreed but it wasn’t so much of a turn on. Elsa liked her men to be aggressive, to lead her on with twists and turns along the way to excite her before she finally came across the truth. But then again she had a few twists and turns of her own. ”Yeah sure, give me a call.” she agreed. It gave her time to go buy some new clothes, she would have to dress seductively in order to get him in her trap. And even if it didn’t work out clothes were still clothes and she could use them again to woe a boy into her ways, to successfully name herself as a respectful tease. The thing with Elsa was she found the idea of not discussing sex sexier than the idea of discussing it. Some guys liked it when a girl talked about being a slag but as for Elsa she thought that the less they knew the better. She was a lady and would remain one by the end of the night.
”Oooh, I have a kitty called Leo. Only he was named after Leonardo Dicaprio. Although I’m pretty sure you didn’t get named after him,” she mused with a playful sigh. Of course he didn’t, no mother would do that if they wanted their son to survive junior school but the sentiment was alright. Maybe if she closed her eyes she could pretend he was Leo D, their names were close enough anyway. ”I’m seventeen, and my name’s Elsa.” she confirmed. The age difference really wasn’t much at all, but she supposed in a game ages didn’t even count.

Leon flashed her a cheeky grin when she told him to call her and he would to give her enough time anyways. He would stop at his home and put on something other than the clothing his manager wanted him to wear for the damned job as well. Showering too would be good, chicks liked a dude that smelled good.
Leon listened to her story about her cat and he felt his lips getting tugged upwards in the corners of his mouth. No, he wasn't named after that guy from Titanic, but Elsa seemed to think it was exciting so he wasn't about to burst her bubble. She was too damned hot.
"Leonardo DiCaprio; hey?" He kept that tidbit in his memory bank for another movie date night; if he got a second one that was. "Might you be hungry too? Leon was a fan of making sure his dates (as rare as they were) were taken care of and if the girl was hungry he'd go to his favorite Chinese restaurants on the way to her dorm. He put the movie he was holding on to for them under the counter, making sure he would remember to buy if on his last 15 minute break before he left for the night. That would suck if he forgot it, though he supposed he could go rent it.
"I know this great Chinese restaurant." Leon threw out there because he didn't know if Elsa even liked the stuff. She had a different name, not typical like Leon; it was a rather nice name. 17 too, that wasn't much of an age gap; she might be 18 soon enough.

She wondered what it would be like, how awkward it would be to show her room to a stranger. Allowing anyone in your room was a commitment enough, a room told a lot about a person and she wasn't sure if her room would say all the wrong things. But then again it wasn't like she was about to fall for him or anything, he was only her playtoy whilst Mitchell was otherwise engaged.
"Yeah, Leo..." she grinned, maybe she would call him Leo just so he would be more like him. She licked her lips and placed her hands upon her hips. She never really liked to eat on dates, or around guys, and if she did eat it was mostly a salad. But some guys didn't like that, Elsa let out a light heartened sigh. "Well I doubt I will be hungry to be honest. You can bring food though, if you want it." She offered. She wouldn't keep him starving any but she certainly wouldn't be tucking in herself. Like going to the bathroom, ladies also didn't eat.
Elsa sighed once more, the food thing again. Did chinese restaruants even do salads for a munch? All she ate when around boys was a salad, she crossed her arms. "Fine, you can bring me over a light salad," she suggested. "So anyway, tonight!"
