To say the blonde was pissed was an understatement. It was a Saturday morning, her Saturday morning. The one day a week she actually got to sleep in and relax and be treated like she knew she should be. That’s what should have been happening right at that moment. But no, Larrissa was getting out of the shower at some ridiculous hour all so she could go and see Jack. Who somehow had apparently got himself locked up in the asylum. Towel drying her blonde hair she stomped into her ridiculously sized bedroom and started throwing items of clothing on the floor. Larrissa knew she was going to have to try and calm down before she went to see him, or else it was likely she’d rip his head off and be admitted herself. She was going to have to be very cautious about this. Larrissa had already planned some of the details, she was taking a taxi and going to wear something most unlike herself, just so people didn’t recognize her. Picking up pair of faded ripped old jeans she slipped them on followed by an over sized T-shirt which had some sort of band from the 80’s on it. These were probably from when she’d gone through her ‘vintage’ stage a few years ago . Taking a quick look n the mirror she scowled, her face already set in a deep scowl.
Larrissa grabbed her bag from her door and jogged down the stairs. The taxi she’d ordered was already out the front waiting for her. Dipping her head she walked quickly towards it and slipped in effortlessly. “The nut house” was all she said before slipping lower into her chair. As the taxi pulled up to the entrance to the building, the blonde screwed her nose up. This place was hideous what was Jack thinking getting himself locked up in this place. Paying the driver Larrissa ran to the front doors and pushed them open quickly panting a little. The front desk wasn’t hard to find. The whole building was decorated in cheap and cheerful furniture and objects, possibly to make it seem like a loving caring facility. Wasn’t working. Stepping up to the desk she shook out her blonde hair and gave a curt smile to the lady behind the counter I’m here to a Jack Banner” keeping her voice low her fingers wrapped on the countertop impatiently Please just sign in here doing as she was asked she scribbled out her name listening to the instructions given to her.
Without a thank you, she turned and walked quickly towards the room he was being kept in. Apparently he’d been classed a ‘low risk patient’ as it was his first time. Stopping just outside his door she tall female took a few deep breaths trying to calm herself before turning the knob and letting herself into the room. It wasn’t hard to spot him; after all it was a padded cell. “You better have a fucking good explanation as to why you got yourself locked in a nut house!” her words were short and aggressive “I could have slept in this morning, instead I wake up to find my boy friend is some sort of manic who’s been locking up for his own protection!” pausing she took a few strides towards him and wrapped her arms him tightly. She was still angry but concern was another emotion that had been slipping through. Wondering if he was alright, if something was actually really wrong with him. “Were you trying to give me a heart attack!”

Jack was missing Larrissa, he was missing her more than he was missing anyone. She was his girlfriend and even though their relationship was highly dysfunctional he did love her and he was extremely terrified about losing her. She had a reputation to uphold and he knew this probably went against it. Jack glanced over as the door opened, his expression blank as he turned his full body around. But at the sight of the blonde, dressed in something totally unlike her, he couldn’t have gotten up faster from his chair. However as she opened her mouth Jack stopped in his tracks. This was lecture time and he couldn’t afford losing her. He gulped deeply as she swore at him, feeling like a child getting scolded. How could he tell her that he was self admitted? That losing his brother and his abusive father, even though she didn’t know about that, had really tipped him over the edge? She would hate him.
She wrapped her arms around him and he easily picked her up, embracing her in his own as he carried her over towards the bed they’d provided. He’d missed her so much, and since being here he’d shed too many tears over his life. He didn’t want to embarrass her by crying just because he could hold her again, smell her scent. She was too precious to him. ”I’m sorry, baby,” Jack whimpered into her ear as he found her lips, softly yet passionately kissing her. He wondered if this would be being watched. He didn’t want to be watched making out with Larrissa, not right now. This was private. ”I’m really sorry,” Jack said between kissing her. He knew it took a lot for her to come here and he really didn’t want to disappoint her any. He would be her slave for life as long as she’d stick with him.
”I should probably tell you something,” Jack began as he nursed her on his knee. They were both wearing bizarre clothes. He was wearing stripy PJ bottoms which the asylum had provided him, and a white tee and as for her, well she just didn’t look much like the Larrissa he was used to, but with that baggy tee it kind of turned him on. ”I’m not a maniac... I love you, I just, you need to hear me out.” he gulped. This would be harder than he’d thought, maybe he could write it down for her to read from. ”I’m self admitted,” Jack admitted in defeat. ”Something, something’s wrong with me... I’m not right,” Jack went on as he looked away from her. She would probably claw his eyes out, he wouldn’t blame her. ”Since Sam died, nothing’s been right. My parents split up, my dad’s an asshole, I didn’t tell you because I don’t know, I didn’t want to ruin things I guess, and I can’t deal with it.” He tried to keep his voice cool because he knew if he went too deeply into things he’d break down, and in order to keep Larrissa he had to be a king to her, not be a weakling. ”Look I love you, I need you, but I have to do this too... I think. I mean I stabbed Theo, it was by accident but I don’t know, why am I such a prick?!” he exclaimed darkly as he leant backwards against the bed. He was ready for her to walk out on him and destroy him like she’d done so with others but half of him had more faith in her, half of him hoped she had the same faith in him.

Basically as soon as her hand hit the door knob, Jack’s attention was on the door, focused on her. The relief when he saw her was evident and it was reassuring. He was still the same old Jack. Despite the dysfunctional relationship between the two of them Larrissa couldn’t deny she adored the boy. He was her stability, her rock. She felt safe with him and this was not the usual routine. This had to be a mistake, Jack was perfectly level and sane to her knowledge and she should know, she spent enough time around the boy. As he stood up she glared at him. Despite her height, he was still taller then she and normally the blonde liked that. Right now it was irritating. Trying to talk down to someone bigger then you was a difficult task. He reacted how she wanted him to. Like a wounded puppy with its tail between its legs. Satisfied with his reaction she stopped for a moment, chest rising and falling heavily. Larrissa felt as if she was about to burst into tears. Partly out of frustration, partly from relief that he was alright. Most of all she wanted to slap him. But keeping it together was the most important thing right now.
As the blonde clung to Jack she felt his arms wrap around her in return and lift her effortlessly off the ground. Wrapping her legs around his waist, Larrissa clung to him tightly burying her head into the crook of his neck. In all honestly they were acting as if they hadn’t seen each other in years, when it had only been a couple of days. Every time she was with him she remembered how much she hated being away from the boy. As he sat down on the bed, she loosened her legs and swapped so she had one of either side of him, straddling him. The apology he gave scared her. Letting out a small ‘shush’ noise, the blonde met his lips eagerly. Her hands cupped his face gently keeping him in place as she returned his kiss with just as much passion. After a few moments she pulled back leaning her forehead against his. By this stage her hands had dropped to his neck and were softly stroking the area as she watched him. “Sorry for what? Babe you’re scaring me, what’s going on?” there was a small tremble in her voice as she uttered her words. It wasn’t like Jack to be scared, he was always so proud and so full of him self. Apologizing to anyone, including herself wasn’t him at all.
Allowing herself to be shifted so she was now sitting with her long legs draped across him, the blonde curled into him, her arms hanging loosely around his neck. Larrissa liked being affectionate, weather or not it was in public. Watching him curiously as he started speaking, she nodded “I’m listening” it was only then she noticed what he was wearing and scowled. She herself wasn’t exactly dressed to impress anyone but was this place seriously so under funded that the only clothing could supply was stripped pants? Shaking her head Larrissa focused her attention back on her boyfriend. “I know your not, and I love you. Jacky what’s all this about?” she wasn’t showing any signs of anger anymore. In fact the blonde was sure this all had to be a misunderstanding. She could ring her father, explain and he’d be out of here within a few hours. She needed to know what was happening first. It took a few minutes for what the was saying to sink in. “Self admitted…” repeating the words to herself softly, her hands released from around his neck and she slid off his lap gently. Looking at him for a moment, the blonde ran her hands through her hair starting to pace as he continued to talk. There was a few minutes silence before she turned and sat next to him on the bed, taking his hands. “I have to admit I’m sort of pissed you didn’t tell me any of this before….I’m your girlfriend your suppose to trust me and tell me these things” right now she was trying to keep her cool , her words measured and precise. “But if your having…problems we can get you a counselor or a therapist you don’t need to be in here Jack. This place is full of crazy people. “ Larrissa was almost pleading with him, trying to get him to understand. “That weird girl from school, her sister is in here and she tries to eat people or something. She needs to be here baby! You Don’t”.
Sighing Larrissa grabbed his chin and turned his head so it was facing him. Trying to make eye contact with in she frowned lightly. “Look you said yourself, stabbing him was an accident, you’re not crazy” she was being stern, trying to make him believe her words “Just come, sign out and we can forget this ever happened. No one would ever have to know” in fact if Larrissa had a say this would never be mentioned again. What would people think if they knew she was dating someone who’s signed himself in a crazy house. She’d never live it down.

Things seemed to be going alright, they had that at least for now, she seemed comfortable with him but she always had been comfortable with him. Jack sighed, breathing in her scent and hoping that this wouldn’t be the last of it. For all of the love he felt for Larrissa he wasn’t sure how it would end if she were to dump him over his mental state. Instead he just held her tightly, refusing to unlock her from his sacred arms. If he was being watched right now he wondered if they would think he was about to kill her, to suffocate her in grip, or would they just think he was a messed up boy who missed his girlfriend. This all seemed far too complex for a teenager to live through, and he didn’t understand why he was the one who was having to live it. What had he done to deserve being locked in here, to be terrible at commitment and kicked from the football team all because his dumb coach was afraid of his dad and had an affair with his mom back in the day. He was the worst victim of circumstance to ever exist, and yet here he sat cradling Larrissa, and she seemed so perfect. It was as if all of her perfections completed his imperfections and together made a couple.
Jack gulped heavily as she repeated the condemning words which he knew she would probably want to leave him for. He felt his body go tense in anticipation as he leaned back against the wall, watching her pace. It worried him that she felt the need to pace, that she couldn’t stay relaxed in his lap, as though everything which he’d said was whizzing through her head and she was making up her mind. Jack stood up and followed after her, he reached for her hand, as if trying to make her stop her pacing but he doubted it would work. ”I know I am, I just didn’t want... I don’t know. I’m pretty shitty,” Jack sighed, why hadn’t he told her anything and why had he bottled everything up? He groaned inwardly, all of these questions he was presenting himself whilst honestly he really didn’t have a clue what the answer was at all. Jack looked down at her as he cupped her petite face in a hand, frowning softly. ”Don’t leave me. Please don’t leave me,” He’d never begged or pleaded with her before, usually he just allowed their arguments to go over him, or he’d argue back, but Jack was never one for begging that she stay with him. It was the first time he’d ever really done it and it felt strange but now wasn’t the time for worrying.
He nodded along with everything she was saying because everything she was saying seemed to make far too much perfect sense. She was speaking the truth and clearing his head where as Theo had only convinced him that he desperately needed to come here but why would he need to come here? He was fine, he didn’t believe that he was a vampire like the other girl. Once more Jack found himself nodding his head with her. Outdoor help would probably be a lot more beneficial. ”She tried to eat me once,” Jack admitted with a small smile, only that was before the idea of coming in here permanently came about. ”You’re right,” He bit the inside of his lips as he moved over to the drawers in which his clothes were hiding. He was encouraged to get dressed but he didn’t see much of the point, only now he did, now he did see the point of it. He grabbed a hold of his jeans and began to undress himself. It would be a quick change because all he needed to get rid of was these bottoms. He already had on a pair of clean boxer shorts hidden beneath and the jeans would be easy to get on. Then he’d be fine, maybe he’d need a shave but that could all be taken care of when he got out. ”I saw the weird girl from school too you know, she was trying to talk to me... but I hid my face.” he sighed, it really had been a nightmare. Jack looked over at Larrissa and made his way towards her, his arms outstretched to embrace her in a hug. ”I really love you,” he whispered softly, appreciating that she’d came to talk to him. ”Theo likes to play tricks with my mind, you’re right... he screwed me over. I swear to God next time I see him...” He didn’t know much about signing out so for the time being he just held her in his arms, his mind plotting revenge for Theo.

Larrissa wasn’t the kind of person who would be intimidated easily .That may have been because of sheer ignorance but she felt no reason to fear him , after all she was probably the safest person for him to be around it wasn’t like he’d attack her. It was fair to say she was still angry. At the best of times she found it hard to understand what went on in his mind, whatever he’d done to get himself thrown in an asylum was probably nothing and he was just being over dramatic again. That’s what she was hoping at least. If it was something drastic then she’d ask her father to sort it out and make sure no one spoke about it again. But really what could he have done? Larrissa loved the boy but she knew a lot of the time he was all bark and no bite, at least that’s what she believed. When he spoke about beating people up or wanting revenge she generally chose to ignore him, rolled her eyes and continue with whatever she was doing. Sometimes his defensive nature was cute, most of the time it was just a pain. His arms were wrapped tightly around her and she simply let him, her own hugging him back not quite as hard. Sometimes Larrissa wondered why she was still with him, for two years they’d been together and had been known as the ‘it’ couple. There were always rumors flying around about him and other girls, Larrissa had always asked him about it and he’d always denied it but sometimes it was hard to believe. But sitting there in his arms she was sure he was faithful, how could he not be?
As the blonde paced she could see him out of her peripheral vision leaning against the wall looking tense. So, he was self committed. Her guess was someone had gotten in his ear. Jack had a large ego, she knew that and it was very unlike him to admit himself here. Chewing on her lower lip she continued to pace. In all honesty she was now going into damage control, trying to figure out the best way to get him out of here and make sure no one found out about this. Jack, she knew wasn’t very popular between the boys at school , mainly because of the coach never letting him play. Larrissa wasn’t exactly into football , however she knew being ‘benched’ as they referred to it was a bad thing and she didn’t want them to make his life hell .Feeling a hand grab hers she looked up and stopped pacing briefly, listening to him. Sighing she shook her head “Your not shit.” pulling her hand back from him, Larrissa ran her fingers through her blonde hair “Your just to proud, you don’t have to deal with everything on your own. That’s what I’m here for! truth be told she wasn’t the most understanding of people but for him, she could try. Looking up at him as he cupped the side of her face the tall female frowned and placed a hand over his “I’m not going to leave you. Would you stop being so dam negative. You sound like some sort of emo she was used to macho Jack, not the wounded pathetic version of him. She wasn’t about to put up with any crap from him either. He’d already ruined her day.
Watching him as she gave her little speech, imploring him to see reason, he nodded along and it looked as if what she was saying made sense. Which she of course knew it did , Jack wasn’t crazy but right now he was being a little delusional. A small smile was just enough to reassure her. Sighing, Larrissa returned it. “See, she’s a freak” Sitting herself down on the bed she watched as he agreed with her. “Of course I’m right, aren’t I always?” she was teasing him now. Leaning against the wall she watched as she dropped the hideous pair of pants he’d had on and changed them for jeans. Not a great improvement but better then what he’d had. She didn’t feel awkward watching him change, it wasn’t like she hadn’t seen him naked before, and probably about a third of the time she was around him he was naked. Listening him, the blonde screwed up her nose in disapproval. “Good, you don’t need to be making friends with those kinds of people. They won’t help your reputation, their just freaks” she did feel a little bit sympathetic after all he did seem fairly stressed about this. Standing up she wrapped her thin arms around him, leaning her head against his chest. “I know” was her reply before she pecked him on the lips “I love you to, now lets get the hell out of here. Please.” the whole building was creepy. Anything he needed or owned that was still here she would send someone around to get later. Stopping at the door she turned as he threatened the other footballer. “Babe, don’t let him get to you, he wins that way and we don’t want that do we?” walking back towards him Larrissa hooked her fingers just under the band of his jeans and pulled him in closer to her. “Now, I want to go home and I want to go back to bed, care to join me?” she winked at him playfully. Maybe bribery would get him to move his ass out of this place faster.

He nodded, she was right but he didn’t even know how to open his mouth and admit what was wrong. He didn’t know how to form his emotions into words or how to make himself open up to people. In the first year of their relationship they used to get on really well, occasionally there was a deep talk but usually it was just about his brother. They got together shortly after his brother died, about 9month later or so, and she quickly turned into his rock. She was his angel and she saved him on more than one occasion. When they weren’t involved in a ‘deep’ conversation they were having fun, going on dates. The first year was so great and then it was like something horrible clicked, something went crazy inside of him and from then on he hadn’t been too faithful and the deep conversations lessened, it was more about images than it was anything else. But he loved her, he was sure of it. He always had done so why couldn’t he be committed to her? He let out a miserable sigh, if only things were more simple, that he could be her Prince charming and she would love him forever. ”I know, babe,” Jack said quietly. ”Maybe we should start hanging out more, you should let me take you on a date.” he suggested in a glum tone, not glum at the prospect of doing it, just at where his life was right now and where they were heading. He wanted to be with her forever, he wanted to be committed to her, if he could, but when he left high school would they stay together or would she want a new king to sit beside her on her throne?
He let out a small laugh as she compared him to an emo. ”Yeah, I’m going to start wearing make up, didn’t I tell you?” She was right though, Jack was usually quite negative behind his glass half full outer perspective of things. Inside he was the first person to criticise something and see the worst in people. He found it a lot easier to see the negatives rather than the positives in life which came at quite a cost when people were involved. Maybe it was why he was known as such a jerk. Maybe if he was nicer to people and saw their positives more then he wouldn’t have a problem with arguments, or maybe that just couldn’t happen. He wouldn’t exactly call himself insecure, he knew who he was and he was comfortable with himself. He wanted to change things, for example his commitment ideals but at the same time he was also quite afraid of things – like his dad for one. But insecure, no, his ego was too large for that and despite his suffering he was sure that his ego hadn’t gotten the worst of the affects. ”How’s damage control?” Jack asked her as he observed her pacing. She must have had some plan in mind, she didn’t rule the roost by letting things get out but Larrissa had a lot of power available to her and Jack had a safe peace of mind that if anyone could quieten anything it would be her. People were too threatened by her anyway, she could muster up a pretty harsh stare if she wanted to.
”And we don’t talk to freaks!” Jack mused, it would be weird if he actually did sit down and start talking to one of the losers. He didn’t think he could manage it. They were too retarded for him to listen to, or so he thought, he always usually used words like those. In truth though he really just didn’t have the patience or the attention span to listen to anyone who he considered to be not cool. His reputation, what was his reputation anyway? ”I don’t help my reputation. I’m such a jackass,” he moaned, playing on the intentional pun which far too many people had said to him in the past. It was really overdone, but it was a well used quote in reference to Jack Banner. Larrrissa was tall, at least amongst her girly peers, and that’s what he liked about her but to Jack he’d always thought of her as little. He didn’t overtower her too much, just the right amount but he was supposed to be taller anyway. He couldn’t help but smirk as he stroked her blonde hair. ”You’ve put on a growth spurt since I met you.” he pointed out as he took her hand and walked towards the door. He could feel his expression turn hard but she made it so hard for him to get angry at her, especially when she pulled him closer to her, he loved being close to her. ”He doesn’t win! I always win, I just think he needs to learn a lesson... another lesson, other than his stab wound,” he stated with a frown, so he had stabbed him, maybe that lesson was already learnt. She had a point, Jack tilted his head to the side as he leaned in to give Larrissa a short kiss. ”Okay, I’m leaving!” he grinned. Sex. When propositioned with sex the only thing Jack would be saying was yes, he had a disease where he just couldn’t say no. He bent to grab her legs, swooping the young girl in his arms as he carried her through the door. ”You know they say Laurie Strode’s in here... I never found her though,” he notified Larrissa. He knew she didn’t approve of his obsession with finding Michael Myers and avenging his brother but what the Hell right, she said she wanted to be supportive.

Larrissa usually found she was right in these sorts of situations and if that wasn’t the case she often twisted it so it was. Jack would have learnt quickly in their relationship that Larrissa was headstrong. She hadn’t gotten to where she was now by fading into the background and letting people push her around. True, when she’d started high school no one had known who she was but she’d changed that, quickly and had become what people referred to as ‘ the queen bee’ early on. Larrissa liked to control things, in fact she was power hungry so Jack stood no chance. She would always give him a challenge. Maybe that was why he’d stopped talking to her. Being intimidating seemed to be a second nature to her, although she’d always tried to tone it down around him. Larrissa loved the boy, she didn’t want to scare him away. Then again if she needed someone to talk to, she probably wouldn’t have come to her to talk, at all. Still, the idea of other people knowing more about Jack then she did infuriated her. He was her man, not anyone else’s. Possessive? I think so. He was so quite, so lifeless. In all honesty she just wanted to smack some sense into him. Nodding she folded her arms over her chest. “Sure, you can take me on a date, but try not to sound so enthusiastic about it” her words were sarcastic. He hadn’t sounded to keen at all when he’d offered and that didn’t exactly help the situation.
At the best of times Larrissa wasn’t all to understanding, she was very black and white. Right now all she could pick up on was the fact that he was wallowing, more then likely in self pity. Frowning as he joked about wearing make up the blonde flipped her hair “That’s not even something to joke about babe, it’s just wrong” of course she could wear make up, but she was a girl. There was a big difference. If Jack started wearing make-up she’d probably shoot him. Just like she wanted to shoot all the emos at the school. Larrissa very much considered the high school, her property. Sure she didn’t own it but she could make rules and punish people and keep things under control in her own little way. Of course there were people who hated her, she knew that and it was basically expected but if anyone found out about this and even so much breathed the words Jack and asylum in the same sentence she would make their life hell. In all honesty the blonde wasn’t worried about what would happen when she left school because she knew wherever she went, she’d make sure she’d be at the head of any existing hierarchy. For a long time she’d been pacing and his words finally bought her to a stop. What was her plan for damage control? “All I have so far is killing anyone who mentions this” with that she gave him a warning glance. Once they were out of this place, Larrissa didn’t want to hear a single word from him about being institutionalized ever again.
His declaration made her roll her eyes. ‘No we don’t talk to freaks because, well their weird” she pronounced the word ‘weird’ as if it was something dirty, that should be shunned which in her mind they should have been. Anyone who wasn’t like her was just not acceptable. Clearly he was feeling better; his sarcastic pun made that evident “So? I’m a bitch, you won’t get anywhere being nice baby you should know that by now” it was very likely Larrissa should have been concerned about his lack of tolerance or morals when it came to other people but in all honesty she saw nothing wrong with it. The blonde liked Jack, as he was. Of course she didn’t like it when he was an ass to her but that was a different matter. Then again he was only an ass when they were fighting and if he’d been his usual self they probably would have been fight now. Instead she was wrapped securely in his arms. Smiling as he mentioned her having a growth spurt since he’d met her she look up and kissed him softly “Nah, I think your just shirking” Larrissa could be sweet, sometimes, when she wanted to be. Which was not often and unlikely to happen as Jack ruined the moment by getting all competitive. Sighing she untangled herself from him and shook her head “You know I’ll support you and I know you want to win, but don’t do anything stupid, alright?” she was already going to have to clean up this mess; she didn’t want another one to deal with as well. Giggling as he scooped her up, the blonde wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed down his jaw line teasingly.
Pausing as he mentioned the insane woman who everyone knew to be here she was about to snap at him and tell him not to be ridiculous. Instead she grabbed his face gently and turned it towards her “Jacky, I don’t want to hear about an insane woman right now. I want to go home and I want you to come with me and I want to forget about this so please, no more talk about crazy people?” pouting at him, the blonde pressed her lips up against his lingering for a moment. Pulling back she lent her forehead on his “Come on lets get you signed out of this shit hole” As Jack walked out of the room and towards the front desk she lent her head on his shoulder contently. Stopping at the front desk she wriggled until he let her down and placed her elbows on the counter top smiling sweetly at the woman behind it. “Hello, Mr Banner would like to sign out please” there was part of her that realized unless she pushed him to get out he might turn back into that sniveling mess and decide to stay. That was not an option.
