Natasha's Memorial Service Open to everyone and anyone Grouped Rp
Jack hated the graveyard. Since his brother’s funeral he had only been to it several times, enough for the special holidays but that was it. He avoided the graveyard at all costs, it was like a constant reminder of his brother’s death and the loss that he felt. Visiting his gravestone was one of the things which brought Jack down and in the open, out to reveal his vulnerability. It wasn’t a display he liked to make very often, but today he had to go to the graveyard, simply out of respect.
A week ago Natasha had been taken, her soul stolen, her body broken. Jack stood at the side of her grave, mingling somewhere in with the crowd. It was crazy how many people turned up to a funeral without even really knowing the person; he was one of them. He’d spoken little to Natasha yet for some reason turning up to her funeral felt like the right thing to do. He hated looking at a coffin, being reminded of his own loss, but this wasn’t about him, or Sam, yet it was so easy to be reminded of him as he looked at the faces of the sobbing family. Everyone was supportive of each other, yet dying in their own loss. Hugging and crying. He let out a darkened sigh as he tried not to look at them all. This was a memorial service and Jack was already bored, dressed in black and falling in with the crowd.
