Jack drove quickly to Mitchell’s place. He wasn’t happy that he had Libbi in his car so to deal with things he turned up the volume high. He had in a mixed CD of Eminem and Dr Dre and likewise music. The swearwords relaxed him because everything they were saying he was wanting to say himself. He didn’t have to throw a thousand curses at Libbi now. He’d only been here a few times but he quite liked the apartment which he had. It was the ultimate bachelor pad. Jack screeched his car to a stop on the side walk as he walked through the lobby, assuming Libbi was following him. He decided to take the stairs rather than the lift, he knew Libbi would probably wish they’d taken the elevator but from being apart of Mitchell’s football team he could easily run up a couple of flights of stairs and it gave him a chance to be away from Libbi for a little while. She annoyed him, right now just her very presence was annoying him. ”Race ya,” Jack yelled before taking off up the stairs. Quite frankly he wanted to be there before Libbi even got close to catching up with him so he could tell Mitch what was up before she ruined it with her presence. But it was probably about time they discussed these things and out in the open too so they could decide what they wanted to do. It made sense to him.
As he reached the sixth floor, the door to Mitchell’s apartment Jack banged his fist on the door. ”Mitch, open up! Hey, Dad!” he yelled as he continued to bat his fist on it.

Libbi tried to drown out the obnoxious music as they drove. She closed her eyes, and crossed her arms over her chest, with a look of impatience on her face. As soon as they got there, Jack got out of the car, and didn't even check and make sure she was following him, which she was. Libbi paid no attention to anything. He sprinted up the steps. "Fuck you Jack!" Libbi yelled up the stairs, following somewhat close behind. Of course by the time Jack was on the sixth floor, Libs was only on the fourth. She saw him, beating on the door. "You're making a scene." She growled, breathing somewhat heavily. It wasn't like Libbi was in the best of shape. She didn't want to be here, why did they have to talk to him anyway. Luckily she hadn't made enemies with Coach MacDonald, but he had given her a detention, which was when the students were killed. Poor Theo. Libbi knew she would have probably gone mental with witnessing something like that. But at least he wasn't the one that had been killed.
"Is he even home? Why do we need to consult him anway?" Libbi asked impatiently. "And what I said back at the cafe. I don't regret having sex with you, I just regret what we could've done to prevent...this." She said motioning. "There is no reason why we can't get along, even a little bit." She said, trying to reason with him. She had blue circles under her eyes from sleepless nights, and her face was worn, and she just looked tired and worn down, as if the weight of the world was on her shoulders.

Mitchell stood in his homemade study/gym staring at the large mirrored wall. He had just finished doing a work out. Having a gym at home was a much more approriate way of working out, it was kind of the lazy guide to gym going because you didn't have to leave home. Much much more time effective in Mitchell's experience. He'd showered quickly and dried himself off, and was now stood naked checking out his toned abs. There was nothing wrong with admiring your physique; if you didn't, who else would? That was Mitchell's theory anyway, and a good one at that if he didn't say so himself. He heard the first knock on the door, and he ignored it. Probably some dumb ass sales man. He was planning on showing some love to himself, but unfortunately the knock didn't disappear. He sighed deeply until he heard a familiar voice. His pulse raced with anxiety as he heard Jack call the word Jack. "I'm coming... son!" He yelled, as he quickly wrapped the towel around his waist, closing the gym behind him, as he made his way to the front door.
He opened it fully a grin on his face, overly pleased that Jack had come, but as he opened it, he seen another familiar face. He frowned before closing the door slightly tightening the grip on his towel before opening it again. "Hey Jack! Come in come in." He grinned, "How you doing?" He asked interestedly as he observed Libbi curiously. "Hello Miss Steven's. Why are you here?" He asked her in a not so friendly manner, but he couldn't help it she was his student. It was weird having her in his home. His thoughts of sexually pleasing himself went out the window and he led them through to his comfortable living room.
It was typical to that of a bachelar pad. Large flat screen tv on the wall, all the electrical stuff including games consoles and two large black comfy leather settees were just some of the things on offer. He held up two fingers as to say two minutes, and moved into the kitchen. "You want a drink or anything?" He asked them both as he turned his back to them whipping his towel off before pulling on a pair of football shorts. He was back within a few minutes having boiled the kettle. "So... you guys... together or something? This seems a bit formal. I don't usually have female students to my house."

Jack rolled his eye at Libbi, he was not making a scene, no more of a scene than he usually made anyway. Although usually he was allowed to get away with it without being told that he was making one. He had to give her tippets for that. ”I’m trying to get Mitch to answer the door,” he said behind gritted teeth. He wasn’t too sure how much more he could take with Libbi trailing after him but if she was having his baby maybe he’d have no choice. ”Because we do! I look up to my coach a lot for guidance,” Jack muttered. He wasn’t quite yet ready to confirm the rumours to her but he knew in about five minutes she’d know anyway. He looked at her from the side for a moment before Mitchell distracted him by opening the door. Jack failed to respond to Libbi.
Jack smirked as he took in Mitch’s appearance in a towel and looked back at Libbi, smiling a cheesy grin to catch a glimpse of her reaction. Jack walked into the apartment backwards, not taking his eyes off Libbi, managing to nudge Mitch on the way in. For what he’d just been told his expression was awfully big in the smiles department. ”Do you have some hot date in here that I’m disturbing?” Jack asked playfully as he glanced around the room. The biggest shocker would be if he saw his mom there as Mitchell’s hot date but he knew that wasn’t going to happen, Mitch’s place was empty, he could tell. ”She’s called Libbi,” Jack corrected Mitch. He was curious to see how he would respond to Libbi’s being here and how Libbi would respond to him. ”She’s had a crush on you for years, I thought I’d treat her to your place.” Jack teased. Actually he was pretty sure Libbi thought Mitch was an asshole. Like father like son. Jack climbed onto the couch as he knocked his shoes on the ground, careful not to mark it as he slouched over. ”Something stiff and strong,” Jack exclaimed loudly with a short laugh afterwards. This had to be something to do with being shit scared and overly hiding it with enthusiasm he wondered as he turned to look at father and mother of child. ”No, he just has male students over at his house,” Jack added sarcastically with a wink over at Libbi. He pulled his hat from his head and placed it down. ”Are you serious, Mitchy? Me and Libs would never be an item. She’s too smart for me,” he stated with a slight frown as he looked at Mitchell’s half naked physique. He wished his genes were more in Mitch’s way, he was more buff than Jack but beggars can’t be choosers. ”Anyway,” he went on seriously, ”Like father like son huh, I’ve bought Libbi here to introduce you to the mother of your grandchild, and you Libbi to introduce you to the grandfather of your child.” Jack said quietly as he pulled a slight face, mostly eyeing Mitchell cautiously for his response rather than Libbis. She knew she was pregnant, maybe finding out who the granddad would be would be a little shocking for her but Mitch was finding out his only son had made the stupid mistake that he’d done. For a moment he paused before facing Libbi, ”I’d appreciate it if you kept this on the low, it’s on a need to know basis only. Seriously, there's only you, Larrissa and Tyra who know... and that gossip thing but hopefully no one will believe it” Jack gulped before looking back at Mitchell. He picked up his hat and began to fiddle with it in his hands.

So the rumors were true, Libbi smirked in Jack's direction. This could definitely be used as black mail. But she really wasn't in the mood. She just wanted to get the decision over with. Then Coach MacDonal opened the door, in a towel, and asked her what she was doing here. "Har har Jack." Libbi said scowling at Jack. She didn't even want to be here. He led them to his living room, and she sat on uncomfortable on the couch, as far away from Jack as possible. "That's funny, but no. I would never go out with him." Libbi said honestly. It wasn't even that she was too smart for him, she was too good for him. Libbi hated to think like that, but he was so obnoxious, and rude, and so aggrivating.
"No thanks." Libbi said, she wasn't thirsty at all. And the tea had calmed her stomach some. She rolled her eyes at Jack's lame joke. She almost chocked as he easily admitted Libbi was pregnant, but instead of his normally loud and grating voice, it was on the soft side, as if he were nervous to see what Mr. MacDonald would say. It was awkward, she really didnt' know what to call him, and it would be weird calling him Mitch. "Yeah. But we don't know if we want to keep it or not." Libbi added, throwing it out there. The sooner they could get this over with the better.
And she didn't really want to get attached to the little thing growing inside of her. And she knew that there was only a certain ammount of time after conception that you could get an abortion. But what if Jack wanted to keep it, or Mitch thought they should keep it? She was almost certain Jack wouldn't break up with Larissa, and she would get almost no help from him with the baby. But she would be the one forced to drop out of school. This was definitely not what she wanted. Libbi deserved something better than this.

Mitchell laughed coyly. ”Nope, I wish I did, but unfortunately it is just me, myself and I.” He ran his hand through his damp hair as he moved around the bachelor pad. ”I know who she is. She was one of the detentionee’s and she’s crap at sport. No offence. But your hand eye coordination could do with a bit of work.” He advised Libbi in a somewhat professional manner. He rolled his eyes at Jack’s nonsensical statement, he knew which girls had crushes on him, it was obvious, and Libbi was not one of them. Mitchell didn’t believe in drinking through the day and so he cocked an eyebrow and pulled out a jar of coffee. ”It’ll be coffee for you then Jack.” He remarked with a smirk. He wondered why Jack had brought the plain Jane to his house. It wasn’t as if they were dating, in fact, as he glanced over her he became even more baffled to their visit. ”Mitchy? Just call me Mitch. Mitchy is rubbish.” He sighed rolling his eyes. He pottered around before bringing Jack a strong cup of coffee, and himself a cup of tea. Mitchell was wondering what the whole charade was about, because Jack seemed like he would never arrive at the point. And as he did Mitchell paused. His face expressionless. He stayed silent for a moment or two before speaking. ”You are having a baby with Libbi, yet you are dating Larrissa?” He asked him an eyebrow cocked sceptically. Jack was a bit more messed up than Mitchell had anticipated. ”Right. Well. Firstly get rid of Larrissa. She’s a tart anyway.” He spoke wisely. Sure he had a few girls on the go himself, but he wasn’t actually in a relationship with anyone. ”Tyra? What’s she got to do with any of this?” He asked his eyes focussed in confusion as he slowly began to realise he was probably sleeping with the same girl as his son. Mental note; text Tyra and end it. It gave him the creeps. ”Jack you cant be sleeping with whoever you want when your in a relationship.” He stood up, disappearing for a few moments, returning with a new sealed 12 pack of condoms. ”Rule number one. Use a condom.” He stated passing them to Jack. ”Rule number two. Libbi. Don’t sleep with guys who have girlfriends. And use a condom.” He stated sighing. He’d been through it himself, and it was the best and worst feeling of his life. But he couldn’t exactly tell his son that. ”You’re thinking of getting rid of it?” He asked his eyebrows erect in confusion. ”Woah… calm down for a moment and think this through. If you destroy this baby then you will both have to live with it for the rest of your life. Having a baby is one of the most amazing things life has to offer, but if your doing it, Jack you gotta be involved; well its up to you. But you’ll regret it everyday of your life if you don’t see him growing up.” He advised seriously. ”But your both really young.” He mused, it was a difficult one admittedly. ”I’m biased. I cant make this choice for you.” He sighed, biting his lip slightly. ”How do you both feel about it?”

Jack turned to look at Libbi, raising an eyebrow. ”What? You said you’d never have sex with me and then you practically raped me. Should you really be saying you’d never go out with me? I don’t want you to jinks us. And anyway what’s wrong with me?!” Jack snarled at her. This was horrible, he was glad he wasn’t born generations before where he would have been forced to marry her just because she was pregnant. He sympathised with those who had to, Libbi was an ice Queen and he wanted nothing to do with her but a good argument. Jack rolled his eyes, Mitch seemed like a cool dad from afar but the truth of it was completely different. He was responsible, Jack was looking forward to meeting the crazy uncle – had one existed – maybe things could get a bit wild then. Still though he was more laid back than his other dad and apparently he was still in contact with his mom so maybe that would be interesting had Jack not’ve been avoiding that conversation. ”I have fake ID, you don’t need to worry.” But he knew it wouldn’t work. Older people had problems drinking through the day.
Jack hadn’t expected Larrissa to come into the equation, and he kind of wished for once that Libbi wasn’t here to hear it. ”What the fuck? Coming from you? You were sleeping with my mom when she had a kid and a husband, and now you’re lecturing me for being seduced in a pool?! Get this, Mitch, she ran into the fountain naked, inviting me in with her... what was I supposed to do!? She tricked me. Set me up. I bet she wanted a kid!” Jack argued, his face stern and bitter like any usual teenage boy when they argued with their father. ”Don’t call Larrissa a tramp,” he sighed protectively but sat back down. Larrissa was his baby, he couldn’t just get rid of her. Jack rolled his eyes once more, Mitch was getting old. ”Tyra has nothing to do with this, but she knows the truth about you because I told her after you told me. I was angry and I didn’t want to have to explain it to Larrissa so I just phoned Tyra,” he shrugged. He didn’t know why it was such a big deal, Mitch should have known about his after school activities. Libbi sure did. ”I usually do use condoms, I don’t trust slags, but I thought since she’s a virgin she would be STD free and I assumed she would be on the pill. Obviously I was wrong.” He accepted the condoms from Mitchell though, they could get pretty pricey. Keeping it or getting rid of it, what were they planning on doing? He wasn’t sure, because first off he didn’t want a kid but second off he had nothing to live for anyway, he didn’t think so anyway. He didn’t have much of a family and the death of his brother still hurt too bad and he still wanted to kill Michael Myers, so what did he have? A kid could give him a reason, it could also give him another reason to kill himself. It was a bit edgy. ”It’s not a baby yet, Mitch.” Jack sighed. ”Well why? If you’d have known about me you wouldn’t have wanted me, you would’ve wanted an abortion, so that’s what you would’ve done and maybe it would’ve been better anyway because maybe then they would’ve never moved here and then Sam wouldn’t have got killed... but we’re already here and I don’t care about Libbi so it’s a little different.” It really didn’t make much sense but it seemed obvious to him if they did keep it he would be called Samuel, after his brother. Libbi might disagree but Jack didn’t care to be honest. He was also convinced it would be a he. Jack groaned and fell back against the couch, slouching further. Thinking about names and sexes was too difficult because it made him become attached. He didn’t want that. ”You’re not biased, you lived it. How can you not make the choice? And more to the point, she’d have to be in my life forever! You couldn’t stand her for one detention, I can’t deal with her... she’s so... stuck up!” No one seemed to understand his problem. Yet he had always promised that he would be a better dad than his own. ”My dad would kill me,” he said aloud. The two dads thing could be a little difficult, a little confusing. Only he and Mitch would be the ones who could understand it really. ”Anyway if we did have it and I was there and stuff she’d only end up falling in love with me. There’s a bit of a problem there, don’t you think?!”

Libbi chuckled as Mitch said she was horrible at sports. "None taken. You aren't saying anything I don't already know." She said shrugging. She really didn't care if she was crap at sports or not, she hated gym class. Libbi snarled back at Jakc. "Shut up! I'm not in the fucking mood to listen to you! We had sex, and I'm pregnant, so get over it!" She screamed, finally snapping. Then she sank back into the couch and crossed her arms over her chest. He had brought it upon herself, and he seemed to think she had come onto him, which she kind of had, but he had kissed her first.
She listened to Mitch talk, and throw some condoms at Jack. "I didn't want a kid, and I don't want one now to be honest." Libbi said quite upset Jack would even think she would want this. It would ruin everything, everything she had worked for. She shook her head as Mitch tried to talk her out of it. "I do want a kid, when I'm happily married, and you are right. A baby is a very wonderful thing, if you're ready for one. I know neither me or Jack are ready for a kid. And further more, I'll be the one forced to drop out or miss school, I'll be the one whose life will be ruined because of this pregnancy if we keep it, Jack will continue to date Larissa and get of scotch-free." She continued, calming down a bit more.
"I was not a virgin, and like I told you, there was no need for me to be on the pill." Libbi said, pointing a finger at Jack. "And I don't have any STD's." She said, making sure both of them knew she didn't have one. Now she was mad...again. Jack was really starting to get on her nerves. "Do you honestly think I want you in mine? You've ruined any chance I had with Theo because you couldn't say no either. You couldn't just get a condom. So don't be blaiming all of this on me Jack. And you're a self-centered prep who can't even be faithful to his girlfriend. " She retorted. Libbi didn't care if her words hurt. He had practically ruined her life. "Oh, I wouldn't fall in love with you. How could I love someone who ruined every chance I had at a future because you couldn't keep it in your pants?" She continued, wondering what he would have to say about that.
